Here, the civil process section of the administration division is responsible for many of the duties that all Indiana sheriffs are mandated to perform by the Indiana Constitution. Included among these duties are the service of legal process (court papers), sheriff sales, tax warrants, evictions and other orders of the court.
The office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.
